Black Market flipper
The Black Market in Caerleon posts standing buy orders for combat gear, per quality. Buy the same quality cheap in a royal city, fill the order, keep the difference — profit shown is after the 4% sales tax (filling their order costs no setup fee). The wagon ride into Caerleon is full-loot; that risk is not in the number.
