The guild's accounting department.

The bot lives in your guild's Discord; the books live here. Members settle regears and payouts in the channels they already use, and every silver in and out lands on one ledger with the running balance always showing. It is the accounting department a small guild never had the officer-hours to run by hand.

argent · treasury
Argent's Treasury page: nav with the Argent wordmark, a running Balance of 415,500,000 silver (“every transaction accounted”), +300,000,000 in this cycle, −20,500,000 out this cycle, and 8 open regears (10,959,961 pending); a type, category and date filter bar; and the first six ledger rows, including two weekly call-to-arms payouts (−5,139,438 and −5,147,710), a regear valued 12h ago (−2,371,514), a hand-typed adjustment (−2,000,000), and two rent collections from Nightfall Pact and Dawn Company (+120,000,000 and +130,000,000).

Run from Discord, counted here

The call to arms, drawn up in Discord

One command posts the signup in your server. Members take slots by role, the comp and tier cap ride the card, and the roster locks itself when the fight forms up. Officers see who answered the call without leaving the channel.

Regears that file themselves

During a tracked call to arms (CTA), the bot watches the deaths of members who signed up and files their regears on its own, attributed to that fight. Small ones credit straight away; big ones queue for an officer's nod. Nobody chases screenshots after the wipe.

Regear from a screenshot

Any other death, a member drops their screenshot in Discord. The bot reads the lost gear off the image, checks it against the killboard, prices it off the same market feed this site runs on, and credits their wallet once an officer approves. The freshness dot rides every valuation.

Treasury

Typed income and expense with a running balance. Every transaction accounted.

Guilds live on the call to arms

argent · call to arms
Argent's call-to-arms screen for “Brawl - 20 Man — Castle fight”: start time and location, an open status with the comp and a T9-equivalent tier cap, 9 of 13 signed up, and a 10.59m regear cost across 6 members; below, a per-member regear cost table next to the live signup roster with each member's weapon and role — tanks, support, healers and damage.
Drawn up with one command, filled live from Discord signups. Every death on the fight lands its regear cost right here, on the fight that caused it.

The queue fills itself

argent · regear queue
Argent's pending-regears queue: 8 claims above the auto-credit threshold, 10,959,961 silver to review. Each row shows the member, the lost gear's gross value with a freshness chip on the valuation, the computed payout, the call to arms it belongs to, a killboard link, and approve and deny buttons; two claims the bot detected on its own carry an OC break tag and a 'what the bot detected' review strip.
Its own steel-and-silver design, not this one. The two are siblings, not the same skin. What lands in your guild's Discord shows up in this queue, priced and waiting for a nod.

The rest of the drawer

Bigger guilds get the deep end: rent-roll for the ones that run renters, regears filed straight from a killboard link, member wallets that each keep their own transparency ledger, compositions, and a CSV export for whoever runs the spreadsheet. It all drives from Discord slash commands; the website is where officers read the books.

Members only ever see your guild's own name and colour. Argent is the tool; the guild keeps its face.

See the books for yourself.

Demo coming soon

The live demo is being fitted out. This page will carry it the day it opens.

"Argent" is a working name, still going through clearance. The product, this page, and the demo link are provisional until it locks.
